Details you’ll use every day

Recurring tasks: Repeat daily, on chosen weekdays, monthly or yearly. When you edit, change just this one, this and future ones, or all of them.
Nothing overdue slips by: Overdue tasks sit at the top of Home. Move them to today or push them back in one tap; finished tasks fold into Completed.
Countdowns and widgets: See a countdown on the iPhone Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and today’s tasks in a Home Screen widget. Android also has countdown notifications and Home Screen widgets.
Shortcuts and search: On iPhone, create tasks with a Siri shortcut and find them in Spotlight. On Android, long-press the app icon to add a task or use voice input.
History and year in review: Tap the button next to your avatar on Home to look back at past tasks, and get a year in review at the end of each year.
53 languages and regions: The app is available in 53 languages and regions, including English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Korean.

TimeMind 1.3.0 gives our AI friend Xiao Shi a mascot, and redesigns the Dynamic Island, Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets.

Xiao Shi’s face follows what’s happening: its clock-hand antenna spins while it thinks and rings like an alarm when time’s up.
The Dynamic Island and Lock Screen show your countdown and time left, with Pause and Done right there.

Questions

Do I need an account?

No. You can start right away in guest mode — your tasks stay on this device. If you sign in or create an account later, your guest tasks move to that account. Subscribe to Pro and turn on cloud sync to get your tasks back on a new phone.

Which languages does voice input support?

Voice input uses Apple’s on-device speech recognition. Supported languages depend on your iOS version and device and include Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese), English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, and many more. On Android, TimeMind uses your phone’s speech recognition service, so supported languages depend on your phone. In Settings → Voice & AI Language, choose the recognition language and the language AI uses to write your tasks.

What’s the difference between one-time and recurring tasks?

A one-time task happens once, with its own date and deadline. A recurring task repeats on the rule you choose — daily, weekly (on the days you pick), monthly, or yearly — with a reminder each time. When you edit or delete a recurring task, you can apply the change to just that one, this and future ones, or all of them.

How do I delete my account?

At the bottom of Settings, tap “Delete Account & Data”. Once you confirm, your account, cloud data, and the data on this device are deleted; for accounts that use Sign in with Apple, TimeMind’s access is revoked too. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel subscriptions — first cancel in your App Store subscriptions or in the Paddle customer portal linked from your subscription confirmation email. Pro from an Android redeem code is tied to your account, so any remaining time is lost and can’t be transferred when you delete the account.

Installing on Android for the first time?

Download the APK and open the file.
When prompted, allow the browser you used to install apps.
Open TimeMind after installation. Keep an internet connection when using Google sign-in.

Installation and update help

Download failed, can’t install, or seeing a risk warning?

Opened inside WeChat, QQ or the Baidu app: these apps block downloads or flag installers as risky. Tap “···” in the top-right corner, choose “Open in browser”, and download with your phone’s built-in browser.
Download stopped, or “There was a problem parsing the package”: the file usually didn’t finish downloading. Delete it, download again on stable Wi-Fi, and check that the file size matches “Android features and file details” below.
“Risk” or “unknown source” warning: TimeMind isn’t in Chinese Android app stores yet, so phone security centers warn about every installer from outside a store. After confirming the file came from timemind.app, choose “Continue installing” or “Install anyway”.
Huawei or Honor blocks the install: search Settings for “Pure mode”, turn it off while installing, then turn it back on.
Check the file hasn’t been changed: compare the SHA-256 below. Only download from timemind.app, not from sites that re-upload the app.

Android 1.3.0 includes Home Screen widgets, countdown notifications, two-way calendar sync, app icon shortcuts, WeChat payments and Pro redeem codes.

Android uses your phone’s speech service first; that service determines whether it connects to the internet. We ask for your consent before using Tencent Cloud as a fallback.
